What are the payment options at Pot’d?

You can easily pay with iDeal, Bank transfer, Paypal, Sofort Banking, Klarna Postpay, Apple Pay & Creditcard.

Is my payment safe?

Yes, your payment is safe. Your payments are processed with PayPal, Molly and Rabobank.

How quickly will my payment be processed?

Payments are processed immediately. iDeal, Paypal, Sofort Banking, Apple Pay and Creditcard payments are fully integrated in the Pot’d webshop

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, post-payment with Klarna Post-Payment is possible. Within 14 days of receipt, you can pay the invoice that you receive with Klarna Aftersales Payment. Payment afterwards is possible in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Finland.

Are there any costs associated with the payment?

No, we do not charge extra costs for this. We only charge extra costs for Klarna Afterwards Payments, which differ per country.


What does the shipping cost?

For orders in the Netherlands up to €49,99 we charge € 5.99. From € 49,99 the shipping costs in the Netherlands are free. For orders in Belgium and Germany, the shipping costs are free after €65 euros. The shipping costs for your country are calculated in the shopping cart.

How long does the shipment take?

Your order is usually shipped the same day, unless stated otherwise. In the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered to your home within 1-2 working days. Different delivery times apply to all other countries. Delivery times may differ due to the corona crisis.

What will my order be shipped with?

We ship with PostNL.

Do I receive a Track & Trace code for my order?

When your order is shipped with the parcel service, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.

My product was not delivered within 48 hours, what now?

Nothing wrong, you have received your confirmation of shipment in your email, so the package is guaranteed to be shipped. Unfortunately, PostNL cannot guarantee 100% that the package will be delivered the next day. In some cases (less than 1%), the process of PostNL or PostNL is delayed, and your package will be delivered the next day. If you have not received your order after 3 working days, you can contact our customer service, we are happy to help you.


Return costs?

Costs for returning are for your own account.

When will my return not be accepted?

1. The product must be returned in undamaged and original packaging. (stickers are also included here). 2. The product must be returned within 14 days after delivery. If the product does not comply, no acceptance will take place.

When will my purchase amount be refunded?

Within 14 days of receipt of your return.
